Licensing

The Licensing Committee of the Council provides observations on every licensing application in Falmouth from premises licenses to street trading consents.  The Council encourages applicants to attend meetings regarding their licence requests and the Council works closely with the Police Licensing Officer.

From May 2022 the Licensing Committee and Planning Committee have been amalgamated.
