CCTV

The Town Team (the partnership between Falmouth Town Council & Falmouth Business Improvement District) has been hugely proactive over the last few years in securing and enhancing the CCTV provision for Falmouth.

The previous service faced challenges as a result of local authority cuts, so the team stepped in and identified a series of measures that would enable ongoing vital provision for the town.

Falmouth now has an expanded network of CCTV cameras right across the town, in addition to a monitored control room. Other towns across Cornwall are now looking to Falmouth as an exemplar of best practice within this area.

This service is operated by Infinitus Security and funded by Falmouth Town Council. Falmouth Business Improvement District and Falmouth Town Council jointly funded the infrastructure.
