Falmouth Town Council is supported by 66 members of staff and 25 casual workers across all its services, including Falmouth Art Gallery, Falmouth Library and the Princess Pavilion.

The staff are directed by the Town Council, led by Falmouth’s Town Clerk and supported by a dedicated Senior Management Team.

The Town Clerk

Falmouth’s Town Clerk is Mark Williams.

The Town Clerk is the Council’s senior official known as the ‘Proper Officer’. His main role is to advise the Council, ensure decisions are lawful and to implement those decisions. He also works closely with community partners and stakeholders on projects within Falmouth.
