Shopfront Improvement Scheme - Falmouth Town Council

Falmouth’s Town Team – the partnership between Falmouth BID and Falmouth Town Council – has successfully secured funding from Cornwall Council’s Town Delivery Fund and launched a business shopfront improvement scheme to support local businesses.

This initiative offers small and independent businesses in Falmouth town centre the chance to apply for grants of up to £1,000 to enhance their ‘curb appeal’ through proactive, front-facing projects. Eligible improvements include external painting, decorations, lighting, and signage to elevate the appearance of properties.

This scheme is exclusive to Falmouth’s town centre businesses and opened on 6 November 2024
Applications are now welcome from the small, independent business community and will remain open until the fund is fully allocated or until 31 January 2025
Grants will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and funding is strictly for external works
