Borrowing and Reserving Books

You can join the library and reserve books for free, either in person at Falmouth Library or online using the Cornwall Libraries Online Service

If you are already a member of the library, you can reserve and renew books online or by phoning 0300 1234 111 Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6pm.

Events & Activities

Children’s Events & Activities

• Lego Club – a creative drop-in, every Saturday between 10am and 12 noon. Free
• Rhymetime – Rhymes and songs for accompanied children from birth to 5 years, 11am until 11.30am every Tuesday during term-time. Free
• Storytime – Stories and crafts suitable for accompanied children from 2 to 6 years,  2pm until 2.45pm every Tuesday during term-time. Free

As well as a wide range of author and book related events taking place throughout the year, Falmouth library also hosts several local groups including:

• Falmouth Poetry Group, at 2pm every third Monday
• Knit & Knatter/In the Loop, knitting and crochet group, at 10am on the 2^nd and 4^th Fridays of each month
• Board Games are also available every Friday from 2pm to 4.30pm
