No previous experience is necessary, these sessions are open to adults of all ages who are curious about experiencing the gallery in a new way.

£5 per workshop. Mondays 6-7PM. Workshops start 24 Feb with 2 free taster also available. See Schedule.

About Hannah Jacobs

Hannah uses dance as her way to understand the world and find connection with others. Improvisation guides her movement, letting the body make decisions and finding joy, power and flow. She loves sharing this enthusiasm for movement with others in her workshops and classes, and showing people that dance is for all of us.

Hannah graduated in 2023 from the Dance and Choreography course at Falmouth University. Since then she’s performed in works at the Minack Theatre, The Ladder Redruth, the Eden Project, Tate St Ives, and the Acorn Theatre Penzance.

She is passionate about engaging people with dance and creativity, and has worked with the inclusive arts company Shallal, with Cscape Dance Company, Arts Lab and Arts Well. She’s facilitated workshops at Falmouth Art Gallery, Tate St Ives and intoBodmin.

She recently developed her performing and facilitating skills during an internship at the Centre Choregraphique National de Nantes, in France, where she worked with the artistic director and outreach team.
