Dracaena Centre
The Dracaena Centre is a community centre and registered charity based in Falmouth, offering a variety of support services, sports and activities activities to residents including:
- Sport and Fitness
- Leisure and Wellbeing
- Legal Advice
- A café
- Young People Support
- Children’s Activities
- Family Support
- Help & Advice
- Training for those not in work or employment who want to improve their job prospects
- Support, advice and social activities for Older People
- Community events
- Rooms for hire
The Dracaena Centre is located just off Dracaena Avenue, close to Old Hill and is surrounded by the Dracaena playing fields. The Centre aims to promote inclusive community well-being and personal development by providing comprehensive support and opportunities for people of all ages.
Falmouth Town Council currently funds youth work at the Dracaena Centre. We also manage and maintain the Dracaena playing fields, the outdoor gym and the Falmouth Skatepark which is sited at the lower end of the playing fields.
