Council Contracts

Falmouth Town Council is required to publish details of every invitation to tender for contracts to provide goods and/or services with a value that exceeds £5,000.

All current invitations to tender for Falmouth Town Council contracts worth £5,000 or over are available to view on our Contracts page under Opportunities.

Contracts expected to be in excess of £25,000 are published via the UK government’s contracts finder website at https://www.gov.uk/contracts-finder

Falmouth Town Council must also publish details of any contract, commissioned activity, purchase order, framework agreement and any other legally enforceable agreement with a value that exceeds £5,000.
