Staffing Committee
Falmouth Town Council’s Staffing Committee is appointed to make decisions about all staffing matters, subject to budget and expenditure limits decided by the Council.
The committee is also responsible for recruitment, pay and employments contracts, performance, conduct, staff training and development, capability, redundancy, health, safety and welfare.
Due to the sensitive nature of the committee’s remit, meeting minutes are not publicly available.
