This years’ Annual Acts of Remembrance will commence with the Laying of the First Poppy.
On Sunday, the Mayor of Falmouth held his annual Civic Service at King Charles the Martyr Church to commemorate the beginning of the new civic year and officially inaugurate the new Mayor to civic leader and the local community.
On Monday, Falmouth Town Council had the pleasure of welcoming the Twinning Committee (Comité de Jumelage) from Saint Nazaire in Brittany, France, for a special visit to the town.
Falmouth’s much-loved Tide Race made a welcome return to Maenporth Beach on Sunday 24 August.
A hearing to consider objections to Cornwall Council’s proposed public right of way at Middle Point will be held at the Tremough Innovation Centre, Penryn, on Tuesday 23 September 2024 at 10am.
