Meditation Group

We will gather every Friday morning within the sheltered garden at Princess Pavilion to cultivate through meditation practice a pleasant steadiness of body, heart and mind, and to nurture helpful ways of relating to ourselves and our experience.

In doing so, we sow seeds that can ripen into greater ease, happiness and appreciation in our lives. Short, optional mindful-movement sequences will be offered.

All are welcome, including those who are totally new to meditation, and you will have the option to sit on a bench, lay down, or sit on the floor.

The sessions are freely offered, with donations invited when you register (suggested donation of £5 – £10, or whatever is within your means). It is also possible to donate on the day.

If you wish to attend but are unable to offer financial support, do come along for free, but please still register as spaces are limited.
