How to get here:

by train

The nearest stations are Penmere or Falmouth Town. Both are approximately 30 mins walk from the Old Post Office.

by bus

All buses to Falmouth terminate at the bus station on The Moor, which is where we are located.

by bicycle

Bike racks are available on The Moor. There is also an Electric bike hire point.

by car

Follow the A39 into central Falmouth and turn left at the traffic lights onto Kimberley Park Road. Parking signs direct you to Short stay parking on The Moor and Long stay on Quarry Hill.

There are some disabled parking bays opposite our offices on The Moor. Pay and display is available nearby on Webber Street or in the short stay car park on The Moor.

  • Cornwall Council payments service. Pay your Cornwall Council bills including Council Tax, Rent, Business Rates and Car Parking fines. Cash or card accepted.
  • Free direct telephone line to the Housing and Council Tax departments of Cornwall Council.
  • Shopmobility scooter hire – please call ahead to ensure availability.
  • Wheelchair hire – please call ahead to ensure availability.
  • Free recycling bags/receptacles for Falmouth residents.
  • Cornwall Council Seagull Proof sacks (charge of £4.00 per sack).
