Venue Bookings Officer, Princess Pavilion

Salary: Grade 4 SCP 12-14 £27,711 – £28,624 (£14.36 – 14.84 p.hr)
Contract: Fixed term, full time 37 hours per week

About the job
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a terrific team at Princess Pavilion, a popular bar, café and events venue much loved by our residents, visitors and community groups.  With fabulous food, super sea views and gorgeous gardens, we host local, national and international events throughout the year.

Duties will include supporting the General Manager and the Venue Manager by co-ordinating and booking events, functions and meetings at our busy community venue, the Princess Pavilion, and the Atherton Suite. 

The role is fixed term, for up to 12 months to support maternity cover arrangements within the team.

About you
You’ll need to have business administration experience and be able to support our customers and promote our venues and events. 

It’s a busy, constantly changing working environment so you’ll also need to be self-motivated, a great communicator and able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
