Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) incidents should be reported to Devon and Cornwall Police either by phone or online.

If it is an emergency or there is a threat of danger to life then you should call 999

Rough Sleeping

If you see someone sleeping rough:

  • in the open
  • in a tent
  • in a car
  • living in a makeshift shelter in the woods
  • sleeping in farm buildings

you can help by creating an alert online: StreetLink – Connecting people sleeping rough to local services (thestreetlink.org.uk)

The electric Beryl Bikes in Falmouth are not operated or maintained by Falmouth Town Council – it is a service provided by Beryl Bikes on behalf of Cornwall Council.

If you see a Beryl Bike which is broken or has been left in a place where it really shouldn’t be, please let Beryl know so they can fix it as soon as possible.

You can reach them through the in-app chat, via the chat on their website, by email or by phone with details of the bike’s location and they’ll send someone out to deal with the problem.
