Falmouth Town Council's Information Services is open to the public daily from 9.30am - 4pm in our offices on The Moor.
Falmouth Town Council’s friendly information service is open 9.30am – 4pm Monday to Friday in our reception at the Old Post Office on The Moor.
Below is a list of services offered by our reception team:
- Cornwall Council payments service. Pay your Cornwall Council bills including Council Tax, Rent, Business Rates and Car Parking fines.
- Free direct telephone line to the Housing and Council Tax departments of Cornwall Council.
- Shopmobility scooter hire. We currently have x2 electric scooters for hire. Please call ahead to ensure availability.
- Wheelchair hire. We currently have x4 manual wheelchairs for hire. Please call ahead to ensure availability.
- Free recycling bags/containers for Falmouth residents.
- Cornwall Council Seagull Proof sacks which hold x3 black bags of rubbish (charge of £4.00 per sack).
Council payments taken by cash, cheque and card payments are taken during normal opening hours.
Other services available include the weekly Kernow Credit Union drop in session on a Friday from 10am-1pm (no appointment needed). For more information on Kernow Credit Union, please visit their website: https://www.kernowcreditunion.co.uk

There are some on-street disabled parking bays opposite our offices on The Moor. Pay and display is available nearby on Webber Street or in the short stay car park on The Moor.
