Congratulations to FTC’s E3O Officer Tessa Marie on winning award at Devon and Cornwall Police’s Citizens in Policing Awards 2023

Many congratulations to our Environmental, Education and Enforcement (E3O) Officer, Tessa Marie who was the winner of the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme Award at Devon and Cornwall’s Citizens in Policing Awards 2023.

Tessa makes up one half of our E3O team along with her colleague Eammon Murphy. Their roles as E3Os are primarily to offer educational advice and support to members of the community. They look to achieve this by being a friendly face and a point of contact, working with community groups, residents, schools, visitors, Falmouth Town Councillors, partner organisations, and businesses to deliver education and awareness campaigns designed to tackle common environmental issues, such as dog fouling, littering, fly-tipping, beach safety and anti-social behaviour.
